How to Use:
For Heat:Lightly sprinkle with water and microwave for 2–3 minutes, checking every 30 seconds. After heating, gently knead to distribute warmth evenly.
For Cold:Place in a sealed plastic bag and store in freezer for 1–2 hours.
Cleaning:Wipe with a damp cloth and lay flat to dry.
Important Notes:
Always test temperature on forearm before applying.
Do not overheat or heat when completely dry.
Do not heat in an oven.
