SHIPPING & RETURNS

Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, or 14 days of store purchase, you may return any of the following items you purchased from Whole Body Basics for any reason, for a full store credit

• Any regular stocked items in original packaging.
• Any unopened (still in its original plastic wrap, seals unopened)home care tools and supplies
• All Body Cushion systems, except when purchased for temporary use such as surgery recovery.

We cannot accept returns of opened items, oils, lotions or crèmes,  special orders or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please call or email for a return authorization number.

Items returned without prior authorization are subject to a re-stocking fee of 10%.

Any items requiring repackaging in order to make them re-sellable are subject of a restocking fee of 10-20%.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used and laundered linens, opened nail polish, manicure/pedicure products, eyelash extension products, skin care products, any items that are opened or exposed to skin, opened disposable products or used items and other similar items.

Clearance/SALE items are FINAL SALE.

Whole Body Basics reserves the right to refuse returns or apply a re-stocking fee on a case by case basis depending on the situation. We do make efforts to be accommodating to our customers, however there are times when we may refuse or add a re-stocking fee depending on the situation.
